The Reward
Each referral earns $50 for you and $50 for your friend. Here’s how it works for each of you:
For you — our valued patient
Refer a friend and receive $50
Simply refer someone who hasn’t visited us before and ask them to mention your name when they book. Once they attend their first appointment, a $50 credit is added straight to your patient account — ready to put towards your next visit. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer!
For your friend — our new patient
They get $50 off their next visit
Your friend simply needs to mention your name at the time of booking and again when they arrive. We’ll apply a $50 credit to their account to apply towards their next check-up and clean — because everyone deserves to feel cared for right from the very first visit.
How It Works
It couldn’t be simpler. Just follow these three steps:
1. Tell a friend, family member, or colleague about us.
Share your experience with someone who hasn’t visited Shenton Park Village Dental before.
2. Ask them to mention your name when they book.
They just need to mention who referred them at the time of booking, and again when they arrive for their first visit. That’s all it takes!
3. You both enjoy your $50 credit.
Once they attend their first appointment, $50 is applied to your account and $50 is applied to their account to put towards their follow up check-up and clean. Everyone wins — just the way we like it.

- The referred patient must be new to Shenton Park Village Dental and must not have visited the practice previously.
- The referred patient must mention the referring patient’s name at the time of booking their first appointment, and again upon arrival for their visit.
- The referred patient must attend their first appointment in order for the referring patient’s $50 credit to be applied to their account.
- The $50 credit for the referring patient is applied directly to their patient account and can be used towards their next visit. Credits must be used within 12 months of issue.
- The $50 credit for the new patient is applied to their follow up check-up and clean, not the first visit.
- There is no limit to the number of people you can refer — and no limit to the number of $50 credits you can earn.
- Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, and any remaining balance will not be refunded.
- Referring patients should advise our team at the time of booking that they will be using a referral credit.
- The referral rewards program is subject to change at the practice’s discretion.
