Our staff will help you complete a medical history form and get you registered into our database.
What to Expect
When the surgery is ready, a staff member will bring you in to meet Dr Ash (Dentist). She’ll go through your dental history, and discuss your concerns and expectations, recent dental work, and any traumatic experiences that may have contributed to the current issue.
Next is a detailed examination of your dentition and soft tissues, periodontal issues, and taking any necessary X-rays. By collecting all this information, Dr Ash can diagnose the problem and any areas of concern. She charts all this information into the care plan, including intra-oral photos, and will go over all available options with you, answering any questions you may have. Your health is your choice; you’ll never be pressured at our practice.
Completing today’s visit, you’ll receive a teeth cleaning using EMS Airflow® technology. This advanced system offers a gentler method of cleaning, perfect for sensitive teeth and gums. If necessary, a fluoride treatment will also be administered at this time.
When you return to the reception area, the front office coordinator will print out your care plan and schedule the next appointment.
