Cancellations and No-Shows
We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided — or you do not attend your appointment — a non-refundable fee of $75 will apply.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. In the case of genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please let us know — we will assess these situations with care and understanding.
Appointment Reminders
To help you keep track of your bookings, we send appointment reminders via SMS and phone call in the days leading up to your visit. However, it remains your responsibility to advise us if you are unable to attend.

Running Late?
If you’re running behind schedule, please call Shenton Park Village Dental. A delay of more than 10 minutes may limit what we’re able to do during your visit — or may require rescheduling to ensure we can provide the standard of care you deserve.
