First appointment gap free for item codes 011,111/114,121. X-rays are charged at an additional $43. Consecutive oral health appointments (012,111/114,121) $175, health fund may or may not cover the whole amount. Check with individual health funds to see coverage. Accounts to be paid on the day. Mouthguards (151) are not a part of the gap free service.
